Aressa designed a Spotify fix that added tools to Spotify to help the people using the Spotify for Artists feature get the help they need to be successful. This was designed to give independent artists a fighting chance without the need of a label through the help of their fans and peers.
More successful artists can choose an artist to promote. Fans can buy merchandise and donate money on the artists page. New icons were created t omatch the style Spotify already established to make this design edit more about adding a new feature that could improve something that already existed, rather than changing the whole system.
